Bookings

All ceremonies must be booked through our booking platform. Bookings are binding once confirmed.

Managing your booking

Cancellations and rescheduling must be handled directly through your booking account. We are unable to process booking changes via email, phone or Instagram DM.

Cancellation policy

Ceremonies may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations are charged according to your booking type. No-shows may incur additional fees, particularly for Unlimited Membership holders.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your ceremony. For safety, flow and proper instruction, late entry after the class has started is not possible.

Health & participation

By attending a ceremony, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate. Please inform your KULT Leader before class of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or physical limitations.

Liability

Participation in all ceremonies and rituals takes place at your own risk. KULT Pilates accepts no liability for injuries, accidents or health complications arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the studio.

Personal belongings

KULT Pilates accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.
